Timber Hill Holiday Lodge

Timber Hill is situated in a beautiful green valley with a small stream that leads down to the sea. There are a number of lodges, well spaced to keep your privacy, and built from cedar wood to blend in with the environment.

The lodge sleeps up to six adults (one double bedroom and two with full sized bunk beds) and there is a travel cot available for little ones. Being one of the largest lodges within Timber Hill, there is plenty of space in a large open living room / dining area for entertaining and relaxing, easily accommodating six adults (and even a couple of guests should you make friends whilst you’re there!). Well behaved dogs are also welcome.

The living room has magnificent views of the valley. You can see the hills, the woods and even the tiny Talbenny church on the far side of the bay at Broad Haven; a lovely little village on the coast only a fifteen minute walk away through the woods.

You can further enjoy the view from the veranda that runs the whole length of the lodge. It provides a great outdoor space to take in the scenery and maybe enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun setting. For animal lovers this is a great spot to keep an eye on the local wildlife, including badgers, rabbits and buzzards.

The lodge has all the amenities you will need; a fully fitted kitchen including a microwave and a fridge with a small freezer; bathroom with bath and shower; instant hot water as required; colour TV and DVD player; storage heaters and a stove to keep the chill off in the autumn evenings.

There is ample parking available, all behind the cottage obviously, so as not to spoil your view! A couple of minutes walk up from the lodge, there is a communal utility area where you will find laundry services, a payphone, leaflets on the local area and milk and eggs for sale

A little way down from the lodge there is a children’s play area with swings, climbing ropes and frame and large ‘Play House’. Our own children can testify to the fun that they had there and you have peace of mind as you can keep an eye on them from the lodge.

The landscaped grounds that surround the lodge within the beautiful and peaceful valley setting, have achieved the David Bellamy Special Distinction Award

Number 9 Timber Hill provides the ideal gateway to explore the whole of the beautiful Pembrokeshire Countryside, from the coast to the magnificent Preseli hills
