Blas at Fronlas, our fully licensed café sits in the heart of the village in a 18th century mid-terrace property. In the summer it benefits from a sunny patio at the front and a terraced garden at the rear. In winter, the café is kept warm and cosy by our wood burner. Everyone is welcome, including families, children and dogs.

Market street in Newport (near Cardigan) is host to a weekly Monday market where you can enjoy the bustle and find local foods and crafts.

We pride ourselves on providing delicious homemade dishes from locally sourced ingredients.  You will find gorgeous quiches, salads, panini, soups, cakes, pastries and more, freshly made everyday.​  As well as our regular favourites, our chef’s specials menu changes all the time and offers new dishes made with seasonal ingredients.​​
