Caffl, a local Pembrokeshire Folk Band, is one of the newest bands to emerge on the west Wales music scene and comes in both a concert and a ceilidh format. The band takes its name from a local dialect word meaning ‘tangle’ or ‘muddle’, and their music certainly offers a wide and interesting mix of musical instruments and musical inspiration. With three Welsh speakers in the line-up, the music and songs of Wales feature strongly while the fiddle and Uilleann pipes have a very definite Irish descent.
